Administrator's News Letter 

 Dear Residents and Sponsors,

We hope to keep you informed throughout the year about what's happening at Sunset Manor, as well as, Long Term Care in general.  We will sometimes mail out letters but will mostly rely on face-to-face, our website and/or our Facebook page.

If there are topics you would like to see covered in any of these avenues we hope that you will let us know.

We want to know how to improve our services.  If you have a suggestion, compliment or complaint, please communicate those to us in one of several ways.  Tell a staff member, complete a suggestion form (located by the front office) or a complaint form (located by each Resident’s Rights poster).  These forms can be given to Russell Hill, Resident Services, any RN or you can deposit in the suggestion box (located by the front office) if needed after hours or you wish to be anonymous.
